AIRSCHOTT, INC. is one of a small group of companies founded in 1977, now involved in various aspects of international and domestic transportation. Our operating licenses and services include: Air Freight Forwarders, Indirect Air Carriers (Consolidators), Licensed Customs Brokers (#7584), Duty Drawback Specialists, FMC Licensed Ocean Transport Intermediaries (OTI #4399NF – Freight Forwarders and N.V.O.C.C.), Air and Ocean Charter Brokers, Insurance Brokers (Marine & Bonds), Warehousemen, Foreign Trade Zone Operators and Truckers; we are C-TPAT certified and validated. We specialize in the handling of sensitive and "special needs" cargoes including time sensitive shipments, perishables, projects, government cargoes, hazmats, oversized/overweight and high-value merchandise. We also provide precise execution of Letter of Credit terms and prompt banking of documents for collection. Our Quality Management System is certified under quality assurance standards ISO 9002-1994 for Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Trucking, Warehousing and Logistics.

We are active members in the AMERICAN ASSOCIATION of EXPORTERS and IMPORTERS, the NATIONAL CUSTOMS BROKERS and FORWARDERS ASSOCIATION of AMERICA and the AIR FORWARDERS ASSOCIATION as well as a number of local international trade associations. Our staff have published articles and lectured at area universities and seminars on the subjects of international transportation, trade and documentation.

  • AIRSCHOTT, INC., with offices and warehouses at Washington Dulles International (IAD), Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) and Atlanta (ATL) Airports, is an Indirect Air Carrier, Air Freight Forwarder and Customs Brokerage firm providing a full complement of International and Domestic air and motor-freight services. Our network of agents around the nation and the world enables us to provide service wherever required.
  • SEASCHOTT, our ocean freight transport division, is an Ocean Transport Intermediary (Freight Forwarder & N.V.O.C.C., FMC Lic. #4399) offering national and worldwide. All services required by surface-borne cargoes are provided by this company, specializing in the more challenging maritime ventures. Our staff is experienced, energetic and deeply committed to quality service.
  • ALL CARGO EXPEDITING SERVICES, INC. (“A.C.E.S.”) serves as a consultant, software development and Foreign-Trade Zones operating firm. A.C.E.S. has participated in numerous FTZ projects around the U.S.A. In addition, A.C.E.S. has developed PAYBACKS, ZONEWARE, AIRWARE, SEAWARE and SHIPWARE, software products for use by Duty Drawback claimants, FTZ operators and freight forwarders respectively.

The office operations, communications and accounting functions of these companies are automated extensively: we have the ability to establish an “on-line” feature for tracking data retrieval, directly, by high frequency clients; we are an ABI/ACH Customs Broker in cargo release and “paperless” modes; we are an AES Forwarder; we communicate via FAX, EDI and (Internet) E-Mail; our telephones are answered and monitored 24 hours per day.
